In the beginning, the Boss (who's identity is secret) will issue a memo to all the employees letting them know that downsizing has begun (via me). The players may then discuss who they think the Boss is, and after a certian period of time (two or three days), the employees will all vote by PM to me. The I then inform the Boss of who he/she can fire. The Boss, due to ethics regulations, can only fire someone who voted with the majority. The number of employees fired each round will vary and will remain a secret until the next Boss Message.

In the game there is a private investigator. His/her job is to ask the boss a question (PM me). The boss must answer honestly. The private investigator must vote as well.
Fired players may take part in the discussion, but may not vote or reveal who they voted for.
In the event of a tie, anybody who does not vote for the boss (and is with the majority) is in the firing list. If you do not vote you are in the firing list as well.
